Out Patient and Hospital Care

Over 10 Years if Experience

I obtained my BSc Physiotherapy at the University of Stellenbosch in 2019. After completing my Community Service year at Hillbrow Community Health Centre in 2020, I joined the dynamic team at Carri Lindeque Physiotherapy. Currently I enjoy my diverse role of working at the Netcare Alberton hospital as well as treating many different conditions at our private rooms. I have gained invaluable clinical experience in spinal and peripheral joint conditions, muscular conditions, as well as post-op recovery and everything in between. I continue to attend courses to advance my physiotherapy techniques. Some of the courses I have completed include Dry Needling, athletic and kinesiology taping, management of back pain and many more.
My bread and butter in life is to have the daily opportunity to make a positive difference in so many lives, whether small or big.
I am a passionate Karateka and achieved a 2nd Dan black belt grading. Training in the art of karate since a young age has also equipped me to understand and appreciate the body, as well as instilled values of honour and respect in everything I do
